At The Career Lab, we partner with campus Career Services to help college students build the confidence, skills, and experiences they need for career success. Our programs strengthen and extend the work Career Services already provides, giving students hands-on tools, real-world insights, and accessible pathways to opportunities. Together, we create a seamless support system that prepares students for internships, professional growth, and meaningful careers.
